As we celebrate our 10th year anniversary this year, we are humbled by the impact we have made by keeping true to our promise of ‘giving you one more reason to smile’.

Driven by our founder’s strong belief that “the growth of an organization is NEVER complete if it does not impact or change its community”, our commitment to promoting dental health awareness across Nigeria gave birth to The 100,000 Smiles Project.
Through this project, we have been able to increase dental health awareness in over 60 communities through:
- School visits programs: over 50 school visits in the last ten years, educating school children on how to take care of their teeth while distributing over 7,500 copies of children’s dental books authored by Dr Smyls.
- Rural dental drives: dental awareness campaigns to communities across Northern Nigeria, providing free dental checkups, free tubes of toothpaste and toothbrushes, and free dental care (teeth replacement, minor dental surgeries).
- Radio and TV programs: including free on-air consultations, dental education and a drama series.

Dr. Smyls is a renowned Nigerian dentist committed to transforming smiles and improving oral health across the country. With over 15 years of expertise in general and cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Smyls has built a reputation for providing exceptional dental care with a focus on patient comfort and satisfaction.
Dr. Smyls earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from [insert university name], one of Nigeria’s leading institutions, where he distinguished as a top-performing student. Driven by a passion for excellence, Dr. Smyls pursued further training in advanced dental procedures, including orthodontics, cosmetic dentistry, and restorative treatments, attending workshops and certifications both locally and internationally.
As the founder of The Smile Shop Dental Clinic, Dr. Smyls has established a modern dental practice equipped with state-of-the-art technology to provide a wide range of services, including preventive care, smile makeovers, dental implants, and emergency treatments. Dr. Smyls is deeply committed to patient education, ensuring every individual understands the importance of maintaining oral health and receives tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Beyond clinical practice, Dr. Smyls actively contributes to the Nigerian dental community through mentorship programs, public health campaigns, and partnerships with non-profits to promote oral hygiene awareness. He is a proud member of the Nigerian Dental Association (NDA) and other international dental organizations.
